## Summary

- Your experiences are yours — you grant Sensed a license to display them on the maps
- AI witnessing is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice
- Anonymous content may still be moderated for safety
- Free tier: 10 signals/month. Premium: unlimited.
- Cancellation preserves access until billing period ends
- Governed by Danish law

## Key Terms

### Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your experiences. By sharing, you grant Sensed a non-exclusive license to display, process, and map your content within the service.

### AI Limitations
AI witnessing provides curious, non-judgmental listening. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical advice. If you're in crisis, contact a mental health professional.

### Privacy & Anonymity
Anonymous by default. You choose your visibility level. Sensed does not reveal user identity without consent.

### Moderation
Content is moderated for safety. Harmful, illegal, or abusive content may be removed.

### Subscriptions
- Free: 10 signals/month
- Sensed+ Monthly: $7.99/mo
- Sensed+ Annual: $59.99/yr
- Founding Member: $4.99/mo (first 500 users)
- Cancellation: access preserved until period ends, no data deletion on downgrade

### Disputes
Governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes resolved through the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
